How Do I Order? Fill out your inquiry form and we will get back to you within 24-28 hours. If you would like to discuss sooner, please feel free to call us at 713-367-0238. After we receive your inquiry, we will be in touch to set up a time to go over all of the details of your event. Then an invoice will be sent to pay 25% save the date. The remaining balance of your deposit is to be paid in full within 3 days of your event.

Do you Deliver? Yes we cover the greater Southwest/ West Houston Area, but willing to travel further based on availability.

Can I Pick up? Yes, pick-ups are available. We are located in Richmond, TX.

How do I Install my Grab and Go? Great question! We Got you! We provide you with all the tools you will need and instructions on how to hang your garland.

What Kind of Balloons do you use? We use the best quality latex and mylar balloons for your event. Our latex balloons are 100% bio degradable. When treat your latex balloons with a special coating that allows them to last anywhere from 20- 72 hours and sometimes longer.

What do you use to hang your garlands? It depends on the application, but protecting your property as well as a stable design is our utmost priority.

How long will my balloons last outside? If you are a native or only here for a while, you know Texas Heat is not for the faint of heart. We recommend balloon installs indoor between the months of April - October or in an area out of direct sunlight. Please note: Balloons longevity is not guaranteed after they have been installed. Little ones, pets, sharp objects etc are not balloon friendly. If we pop your balloons, it will be replaced at no charge or a credit will be given if a replacement can't be made in time. After we leave, the balloons are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens to my balloons after the party is over? It is the saddest part of what we do, but you can eother take them down and use them, or you can pop them. We can come out and take them down for an additional fee. Please inquire when you save your date.
